CATHEDRAL COOKIES | |
1 c. chocolate chips 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg, beaten 3 c. colored miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. coconut Melt chocolate chips over hot water. Stir in butter and egg. Cool. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Shape into a roll; roll in coconut. Slice, store in refrigerator. May be frozen (delicious). |
