STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. chilled evaporated milk
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Chill evaporated milk overnight. Drain and thaw berries - save juice. Make gelatin according to package directions using hot water plus juice from drained berries to make 1 3/4 cups of liquid. Add sugar and cool until slightly thickened. Whip evaporated milk until thick (like whipped cream). Add drained berries. Fold into gelatin mix. Pour into a 9 inch baked shell or graham cracker crust. Chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream.
