GRAPE JELLY 
2 c. Welch's grape juice (no sugar added)
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
Artificial sweetener (I use "Sweet & Low")

Combine grape juice and tapioca in small saucepan. Let stand 10 minutes. Then bring mixture to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes. Add artificial sweetener to taste. Mix well and pour into pint jar. Keep in refrigerator.
