EASY MANDARIN CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 sm. can mandarin oranges (do not drain) 3 eggs 1/2 c. oil Combine all cake ingredients and mix lightly in mixer. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let cool. FROSTING: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed drained pineapple 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding Beat all frosting ingredients with mixer well. Frost cooled cake. Refrigerate to keep. This is a cake that is even better several days after it is made, because it becomes more moist. |
