EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (16 oz.) tub of vanilla ready frosting

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix together at medium speed until well blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and frost.
