EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 (2 layer) cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz.) tub vanilla ready-to-spread frosting

Combine cake mix, Miracle Whip, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Beat until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9x13 inch baking pan. Cool. Spread frosting.
