MARGO'S EASY CARROT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Put carrots and nuts in last. Pour into a greased and floured 10x13 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

3/4 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well with beater and spread on cooled carrot cake.
