TOO EASY CARROT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Ready-to-spread vanilla or cream cheese icing

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water, and cinnamon, mixing on medium speed until blended. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and frost. Serves: 12.
