ROUND STEAK SUPREME 
1 thin sliced round steak
4 chopped onions
1 pack saltine crackers, crushed
3 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Pound round steak, remove bone, season to taste. In dry bowl mix cracker crumbs and eggs. Spread on round steak. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks or tie. Place in roaster with 3 cups water. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
