VENISON STEAK SUPREME 
2 lbs. venison steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushrooms

Coat venison in mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet over medium heat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.

Tried this recipe with a little modification. Used a can of turkey gravy, instead of onion soup mix (something I didn't have) I used minced onion & onion powder. I also threw a can of portabello mushrooms. Served with mashed potatoes & gravy. Can't wait to try this with moose.
