VENISON STEAKS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 venison steaks
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion rings
Garlic salt
1 c. water

Sift first 3 ingredients together. Roll venison in flour mixture, coat well. Brown in butter. Top with onions and garlic salt. Add water, simmer over medium heat for about 1 hour.
