ROUND STEAK SUPREME 
2 1/2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion salt
Tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
Cooking oil
1/2 c. water

Cut meat into 1" squares; coat with flour. In pie plate beat eggs and milk. In second pie plate combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Dip meat into egg mixture, then roll into crumbs. Brown meat in hot oil. Place in 2 quart baking dish. Arrange slices of tomato over meat. Stir water into drippings in skillet; heat to boiling, scraping brown bits from pan, pour over meat. Salt and pepper lightly. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
