SUET PUDDING 
1 c. molasses
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. suet, chopped
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. salt
4 c. cake flour, sifted

Dissolve soda in 1 tablespoon boiling water. Add molasses and suet. Alternate the liquid with dry ingredients. Steam 3 hours in pudding dish. Serve hot with boiled sauce.
