SUET PUDDING 
1/2 c. suet, chopped finely
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. allspice

Mix together suet, molasses and milk. Sift flour and other dry ingredients together. Mix with raisins and add to first mixture. Pour into well greased mold (or coffee can) and steam two hours, or put into individual molds and steam 35 minutes.
