CHEESE/BISCUIT MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
2 oz. or 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients (mixing well). Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 1/2 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields about 4 dozen.
