CHILI BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Saute onion in skillet with oil, add ground beef, green pepper. Brown slightly. Drain 1/2 cup juice of tomatoes. Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder and pepper.

1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. oil

Mix all together and stir well. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chili. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Serves 5.
