VENISON CHILI & CHEDDAR OVEN
BAKE
 
1 lb. ground venison
2 tbsp. canola or corn oil
1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. beef broth
1 lb. cooked bow tie pasta
2 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves minced garlic
1 small pkg. frozen corn
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Spray vegetable oil all around inside of large casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown venison, garlic and onion in a frying pan. Mix well with rest of ingredients and pour into prepared casserole dish. Cover with Cheddar cheese.

Bake 25 minutes until contents begin to bubble. Serve with hot buttered tortillas.
