STUFFED JALAPENOS 
8 whole jalapenos, canned
4 oz. of your favorite crab stuffing (you may substitute Jack or Goat cheese)
2 eggs
Flour for dredging
2 c. commercial breading or crushed crackers

Slit peppers and discard seeds, leaving stems. Rinse thoroughly. Stuff each pepper with 1/2 ounce stuffing. Dredge in flour. Combine eggs and milk and dip peppers in wash and then breading. Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown and serve with tartar sauce.
