SPICY BEEF HASH 
Leftover roast beef
4 med. potatoes
2 carrots
Salt & pepper to taste
Taco seasoning
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. flour

Brown leftover roast beef in a small amount of oil. Saute onions with beef. Add cubed potatoes and carrots and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix. Cover with water. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender. Thicken with flour and serve over hot biscuits.
