STUFF SHELLS 
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 pkg. lg. shells

Combine all ingredients except shells. Boil shells in water for 5 minutes, drain. Stuff shells with cheese mixture place a single row in greased baking dish. Cover slightly with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Make sure that shells don't dry out. Serve with additional sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
