POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, cooked & cut or mashed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Mix and put into casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May add meat for variation.
