POTATO HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 to 1 lb. ham, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
