CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 c. chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. cans B & M baked beans (29 oz.)

Oven 375 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp, drain. Set aside. In same pan cook beef, onion, celery, until meat is brown and onion tender. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water, stir into meat with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Sprinkle bacon on top.
