BEEF ROULADE | |
1 flank steak Salt, pepper, garlic to taste 2 c. bread stuffing, moistened 1 c. mushroom soup 1 oz. sherry Spread stuffing over seasoned flank steak. Roll meat and tie or fasten edge with toothpick. Cook in moderate 350 degree oven for approximately one hour or until tender. Dilute mushroom soup with water. Heat in saucepan. Add sherry. Serve this sauce over sliced meat. This could be a nice evening dinner for two. |
