BEEF AND SPINACH ROULADE 
1 top round steak, 1 inch thick
1 bunch spinach
2 cloves fresh garlic
Salt
Fresh black pepper
Olive oil

Butterfly round steak and pound out to about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, add chopped fresh garlic and rub into steak. Saute spinach, drain, layer on steak, roll up tightly, and tie with string. Roast in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool, slice thin.
