IRISH STEW 
1 lb. stew beef
8 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 med. onions, diced
Bag of frozen sm. onions
2-4 bay leaves
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Lawry pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 dashes allspice
Potatoes and carrots, to taste

Add meat to water and spices. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Then add small white onions, carrots (peeled and cut) and potatoes (cubed) to taste. Cook until fork tender. Add on top dumplings mixed according to Bisquick recipe on box. Cook per box directions. Water in stew already doubled for dumplings. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
