London broil
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. tomato juice (I use ketchup mixed with water to make 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
Pepper

Score London broil in diamond fashion on both sides, put in glass dish. Mix all ingredients and pour over meat, marinate overnight. Broil or grill to desired doneness.
