CHEESE POTATOES 
10 potatoes
1 sm. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimentos
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Crushed corn flakes

Combine first 4 ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan and toss. Combine next 4 ingredients and heat until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes. Cover with crushed corn flake crumbs.
