JALAPENO CHEESE DIP 
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento with liquid
Finely chopped jalapeno pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter. Melt cheese in double boiler. Add other ingredients. Serve hot. Makes 3 cups.
