FRENCH KRAUT 
2 lb. bag sauerkraut
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
Pimentos

SYRUP:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Bring syrup ingredients to a boil.

Wash sauerkraut with cold water. Drain well. Mix with vegetables. Pour hot syrup over and mix. Let set overnight.
