CHICKEN SALAD VERDANTIQUE 
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon yogurt
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Frosted Grape Clusters
Lettuce

In a medium bowl, mix chicken, grape halves, almonds, celery and salt. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, yogurt, wine and mustard. Add this to the chicken mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate.

FROSTED GRAPES:

Wash and carefully dry grape clusters, dip in egg whites and sprinkle with gelatin. Dry on wire rack. Serve with the chicken salad on lettuce leaves.
