AUNT MARY'S FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Batter an 8 x 8 pan. Mix well sugar, cocoa and milk. Cook to a soft ball stage after it reaches soft ball stage. Add butter and vanilla.

Beat with an electric mixer until it loses its shine. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan. Cool and cut into 1-inch pieces.
