MEAT & VEGETABLE BURGER 
2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, sliced
2 carrots, cut into strips
4 med. potatoes, sliced

Combine meat, chili powder, catsup, salt and pepper; shape into patties. Place each patty on square of foil. Add slice of onion, strip of carrot and sliced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Seal foil. Bake on baking sheet at 350 degrees until done.
