MEAT LOAF AND VEGETABLE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 pkg. mixed vegetables (the cubed kind)
2 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, whipped

Mix beef, bread crumbs, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Pat into a 10" pie plate to make the "crust". Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or barely done.

Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. When meat crust is done, drain vegetables and pour into crust. Top with mashed potatoes. Return to oven to be sure all layers are hot. Serve in wedges.
