TURKEY VEGETABLE PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. shortening
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. hot water

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Combine egg yolk, lemon juice and hot water. Add to the dry ingredients. Mix just until all is moistened. Shape into a ball and cover, place in refrigerator and chill for an hour.
