VEGETABLE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. ground carrots
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lg. ground onion
1/2 c. ground celery
2 eggs
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Put in baking dish. Pour 2 cups canned tomatoes or tomato soup over this. Bake about 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
