MEAT AND VEGETABLE STUFF
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
2 potatoes, scrubbed
4 carrots, scrubbed
1/2 sm. cabbage
5 slices American cheese
1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup

Layer all ingredients in electric skillet. Shred all vegetables. Put cheese on top. Put soup on top by spooning it on. Place skillet on medium heat for 15 minutes, then reduce heat and cook 40 minutes more.
