SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
24-30 chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wing in two at the joint. Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate wings in mixture overnight. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil, put wings on cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
