SWEET SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings
Garlic salt
MSG
1 c. cornstarch
3 eggs, well beaten
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Green onions, chopped for garnish

Cut chicken wings at joint. Make stock with tips of wings. Sprinkle remaining pieces with garlic salt and MSG. Leave 1 hour. Dust pieces with cornstarch. Then dip in eggs and fry until lightly browned. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chicken broth or stock
6 to 8 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. MSG

Heat all ingredients together in saucepan until sugar melts. Pour sauce over wings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion when serving.
