COCONUT - PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. peach pie filling
1 pkg. Betty Crocker pecan Snackin' Cake Coconut cake mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Spread pie filling in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches or 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix cake mix (dry), egg and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over pie filling. Bake until light brown, 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
