STRAWBERRY-BANANA COBBLER 
3 firm bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
9 coconut bar cookies, crumbled (1 c.)
Vanilla ice cream or light cream
1 can (21 oz.) strawberry pie filling
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Peel and slice bananas. Place in an 8x8 inch square baking dish. Mix pie filling, lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon over bananas. Microwave, uncovered, for 6 minutes. Turn dish every 2 minutes. Mix cookies and pecans, and sprinkle over fruit. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute, on high. Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.

Time--7 minutes and turn.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
