COBBLER FOR A BUNCH | |
1 pkg. yellow, pineapple or butter cake mix 2 cans cherry or blueberry pie filling 1 can crushed pineapple 1 can coconut 2 sticks butter In an oblong cake pan, pour cherry pie or blueberry pie filling and pineapple. Spread the dry cake mix evenly over the pie filling and pineapple. Chip butter in small squares and place over coconut. Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and cook for another 30 minutes or until done. This can be served with ice cream or with a whipped topping. |
