PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
3/4 c. coconut, shredded
3/4 c. walnuts

ICING:

1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter, soft
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar

Grease 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
