PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE, 1902 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. drained pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Beat in flour and baking soda; add pineapple and fold in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured pan, 13 x 9 x 2. Bake 50-60 minutes. Turn out and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
