FIESTA TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. picante sauce

SALAD:

4 c. shredded lettuce
4 Cornbread Twist Salad Bowls (see next recipe)
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. tomato, chopped
Dairy sour cream, if desired
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives, if desired.

In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in picante sauce. Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. To serve, place 1/2 cup lettuce on each of 4 plates. Place salad bowls on lettuce; fill each bowl with 1/2 cup lettuce. Top each with meat sauce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and olives. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
