AMY'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
6 pork chops 4 med. sized potatoes 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 onion, cut into rings Brown pork chops. Peel potatoes and slice thinly, then boil for 15 minutes. Layer into long casserole dish: browned pork chops, boiled potatoes, mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can of water and 1/2 can of milk, cheddar cheese, onion. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
