PORK CHOP & RICE CASSEROLE 
4 center cut pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. raw rice
1 can water

Place pork chops in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Pour rice in between chops. Pour soup-water mixture on top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed by rice.
