PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 onion
1 can tomato soup
4 heaping tbsp. rice, uncooked

Pan fry pork chops until well browned. Place in baking dish that has a cover. Put a slice of onion on each pork chop. Place 1 tablespoon uncooked rice on top of each onion slice on each pork chop. Mix soup with water and pour over chops. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until rice is cooked. About 1 hour. If you don't like the tomato flavor, use cream of mushroom soup.
