CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines butter recipe)
1 pkg. instant french vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

Mix 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon and set aside. Use angelfood cake pan and grease inside of pan heavy, (even the center post). Mix the cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs. Beat for 7 minutes.

Shake sugar/cinnamon mixture in pan and be sure to cover all portions well, drain off excess sugar mixture and then put some in bottom of pan. Alternate batter and sugar mixture (about 3 times). Make sure sugar mixture is on top and all batter is covered. Bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.
