PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Topping:

1 pkg. Betty Crocker white cake mix
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth; pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with pecans; pour melted butter over top.

Bake, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Be sure to use canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix.
